Every five years the Tampa Bay Estuary Program reports progress towards goals to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to ensure that the Program is making adequate progress implementing its Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP). This is a requirement for the Program under the Clean Water Act (CWA) funding guidance.
